President: Jo McCoy, CPP
Jo McCoy has been in the payroll profession for several years. She has worked with high volume multi-state payrolls and multi-FEIN taxes as well as international payrolls and taxes. She has experience in forty six states plus Canada and Singapore. Industries include, retail, insurance, health care, construction, internet and aerospace. She has been a CPP since 2003. She has been the Treasurer for Metro Phoenix APA as well as on several committees for the national APA. (Hotline, Local Administrator, Government Relations Task Force) She led the Metro Phoenix CPP Study Group for a while and had several pass the CPP exam. She won the Krono’s Publication Grant in 2014. She has been a local and national member of the APA since 1999.
Vice-President: JeeAnn Petrina, PHR, CPP, SHRM-CP, ADP Certified Professional
JeeAnn has been a valued member of the OneDigital | HR Consulting team since 2009. As Senior Director of HR & Payroll Services, JeeAnn puts her decade of experience in HR and payroll to use helping clients with complex consulting needs. As a leader of a Program Management Team, JeeAnn helps to build HR and payroll infrastructure and deliver excellent services to our clients and their employees. Her credentials include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and ADP Certified Professional. JeeAnn’s infectious smile and outgoing personality puts clients at ease, but it is her warmth and dedication to helping others that are her strongest assets. JeeAnn specializes in highly complex industries, such as financial institutions, medical services, professional services, pharmaceuticals, property management, entertainment and nonprofits.
Treasurer: Aimee Clementi, CPP
In love with math her entire life; Aimee Clementi has been a payroll professional for over twenty years. In 2006, she became a national APA member and obtained her CPP in 2012. She has experience in multiple industries including retail, PEO’s, homebuilders, mortgage/banking, solar, transportation and most recently higher education. She has heavy experience with implementation and conversion, multi-state taxation and non-resident aliens. In addition to payroll, her passions include family, her dogs, traveling and continual education. Aimee’s most recent aspirations are global processing and ultimately obtaining her global payroll management certificate.
Secretary: Kenny Devous
Kenny Devous is a Payroll professional with nearly 30 years of payroll experience working with small companies to multi-national conglomerates. This experience includes administrating fulll cycle payrolls from daily runs to annual runs, implementation and creating process improvements.
Kenny has been employed in various senior level payroll positions during his career for organizations such as Georgia Pacific, Xerox and Science Applications International Corporation.
He’s been responsible for benefits, garnishments & tax administration. Designing payroll G/L import files and Time & Attendance import files. Lead team during an implenation to ensure tax functions perform correctly.
Kenny is a member of Metro Phoenix Chapter of the American Payroll Association, and also an national member of the APA. He’s became a Certified Payroll Professional in 2002 .
Kenny has a associate degree in accounting from Kelsey-Jenny Business College, and currently reside in Prescott, Arizona with his wife and his men best friend, Roxi. He’s is currently the Payroll Tax Administrator for a Medical Services Provider located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Government Liaison: Keegan Robinson
Keegan Robinson began her career as an accountant and transitioned into payroll in 2010. She currently works as a tax research analyst with Symmetry Software. Keegan has been a member of the local and national APA since 2013. She has enjoyed presenting to the CPP study group in years’ past. Outside of work Keegan enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and spending time with their two French Bulldogs.
