President: Wendy Wyman, CPP
Wendy Wyman is a seasoned payroll professional with over 20 years of diverse payroll experience, including construction, health care and service industries. She has worked with high volume payrolls, up to 30,000 employees, has strong multi-state and multi-FEIN payroll tax experience. Wendy is also trained in Accounts Payable and can manage the process all the way through to 1099s. Wendy has taken an active interest in the APA at the local and national levels, volunteering with the Metro Phoenix Chapter CPP Study Group and as the Outreach Coordinator, before servicing as the current Vice President. She also serves on the APA Hotline and the Social Networking Committee. Outside of payroll, Wendy has exercised her leadership skills in far reaching and creative ways including serving for two years as president of the Arizona Bead Society. Wendy enjoys glass bead making and archaeological digs. Some of her digs she participated in included Phoenix, Tempe, Queen Creek and in 2005, Tel Rehov, Israel.
Treasurer: Antonio Bianchi, CPP
Antonio Bianchi is a seasoned Payroll Professional who is currently employed as a Managed Payroll Services Specialist with OneSource Virtual, a company that offers deployment, consulting, trainings, and in-application payroll, benefits and application management services. He has worked with high volume multi-state payroll for Construction, Healthcare, and Customer Relations Services. Antonio has been a certified payroll Professional (CPP) since 2008 and a member of the national and local chapter APA since 2005.
Secretary: Regan Gawan, CPP
Regan Gawan has lived in Arizona since 1982 and has been a member of the National APA and the Metro Phoenix APA Chapter since 2005. She holds a CPP and has over 30 years’ experience in the field of payroll. She is currently employed with OneSource Virtual in Mesa, AZ as a Managed Payroll Specialist. Regan served as Vice President of the Metro Phoenix APA Chapter in 2012 and as President in 2013. She is currently serving as Chapter Secretary.
Government Liason: Jo McCoy, CPP
Jo McCoy has been in the payroll profession for several years. She has worked with high volume multi-state payrolls and multi-FEIN taxes as well as international payrolls and taxes. She has experience in forty six states plus Canada and Singapore. Industries include, retail, insurance, health care, construction, internet and aerospace. She has been a CPP since 2003. She has been the Treasurer for Metro Phoenix APA as well as on several committees for the national APA. (Hotline, Local Administrator, Government Relations Task Force) She led the Metro Phoenix CPP Study Group for a while and had several pass the CPP exam. She won the Krono’s Publication Grant in 2014. She has been a local and national member of the APA since 1999.
